Endurance

You can't win a WOD on strength alone, so every Thursday is programmed for endurance training. These days are full of longer runs and longer conditioning work outs.

Coach Hamlin, Coach Tracy and Coach Al are the master planners behind the endurance training. They will make you better, faster, stronger. They are also available for personal training for you over achievers.

Frisco Running Club

Coach Hamlin is also the Founder and President of the Frisco Running Club, which calls North Frisco CrossFit their world headquarters. If you are interested in making your weekly training  "endurance with a side of CrossFit", then he can sign you up for the Running Club.

Experience

He's the Forest Gump of CrossFit, Hamlin can run sea to sea without shoes and then comlete Murph. To get "gams like Ham's" join the Running Club.
