OnRamp

"What's OnRamp?" -
OnRamp is a four hour class on Saturday where you will go through each of the technical lifts, gymnastics movements, and get general information about how the classes run. Yes, you will be sore because you will be moving half of the time. Most importantly, this class will ensure that you don't come to a regularly scheduled class and feel like a fish out of water.
